Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your order. Here is the typical processing timeline before your package is handed to the courier.
Payment Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email & SMS with your order ID immediately after successful payment.
Picking & Packing (same day – 1 business day)
Your items are picked from our warehouse, quality-checked, and securely packed.
Dispatched (within 1–2 business days)
Your package is handed to our courier partner and a tracking link is emailed and SMSed to you.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location. All timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Dispatch Email & SMS
As soon as your order ships, you receive a dispatch notification with your AWB/tracking number.
Live Tracking Link
Click the tracking link in your email to follow your package in real time on the courier's website.
Delivery Confirmation
You receive a final delivery confirmation SMS once your package is marked as delivered.
Tracking not updating?
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch, as courier systems sync periodically. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days after dispatch, contact us at info@noahboat.in with your order ID.
Serviceable Areas & PIN Code Check
We ship to most PIN codes across India through our courier partners. You can verify serviceability at checkout by entering your PIN code.

Failed & Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, here is what happens next and what you can do.

| 1st Attempt Failed | Courier leaves a notice and re-attempts delivery the next business day. You receive an SMS notification. |
| 2nd Attempt Failed | A second re-delivery is attempted. You may receive a call from the courier executive to schedule a suitable time. |
| 3rd Attempt Failed | Package is held at the nearest courier hub for up to 5 days. You must arrange pickup or contact us to reschedule. |
| Package Returned | If unclaimed after 5 days at hub, the package is returned to Noahboat. A re-shipping fee applies for re-delivery. |
Damaged, Defective or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:
Document It Immediately
Take photos or a video of the sealed package, the damaged item, and the shipping label before unpacking further.
Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Email info@noahboat.in with your order ID, photos, and a description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution in 3–5 Days
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of verification.
If your shipment is lost in transit:
A shipment is considered lost if it shows no tracking update for more than 7 business days after dispatch (metro) or 12 business days (remote areas). In such cases:
Order Cancellations & Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your Noahboat purchase. Here is our cancellation and return framework.

| Wrong / Defective item | Yes — Free Return | Report within 48 hrs of delivery. We arrange free pickup and send a replacement or full refund. |
| Change of mind | Within 7 days | Product must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. |
| Opened / used items | Not eligible | We cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective. |
