At Noahboat, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Product expired at time of delivery
  • Missing items in your order

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged/incorrect)
  • Perishable food items once delivered
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Email us at info@noahboat.in with: your order number, photo of the damaged/wrong item, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. Approved returns will be collected at the time of your next delivery or a scheduled pickup

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • UPI/Card payments: refunded to the same account
  • For COD orders: refunded via bank transfer (provide account details when contacting us)

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel before dispatch: Full refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Cancel after dispatch: Not accepted

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank — processing times may vary
  3. If still unresolved, email us at info@noahboat.in
