1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Product expired at time of delivery
- Missing items in your order
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged/incorrect)
- Perishable food items once delivered
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Email us at info@noahboat.in with: your order number, photo of the damaged/wrong item, and a brief description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
- Approved returns will be collected at the time of your next delivery or a scheduled pickup
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- UPI/Card payments: refunded to the same account
- For COD orders: refunded via bank transfer (provide account details when contacting us)
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancel before dispatch: Full refund processed within 3-5 business days
- Cancel after dispatch: Not accepted

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary
